Ordering vape products online here is simpler than most people expect. From browsing to delivery, the whole process takes a few minutes. Here's exactly what each step involves.
Vaping is an adult product. Age verification applies to every order, and vape products are not sold to anyone under 18 in the UAE.
The process, start to finish
-
Browse and find what you want
Products are organised by category — disposables, the pod kit, e-liquid. If you already know what you're after, like a specific device or strength, go straight to its product category page. Product pages list puff count, nicotine strength and flavour so you can compare before deciding. If you're not sure where to start, our beginner's vaping guide covers the basics first.
-
Choose your options and add to cart
Pick your flavour and nicotine strength where the product offers a choice, set the quantity, and add it to your cart. You can add more than one item — a disposable and a bottle of e-liquid, say — and have them arrive in a single delivery. Check quantities, flavours and the total before you move to checkout.
-
Enter your delivery details
You'll need your name, contact number and full delivery address:
- Building or villa name/number
- Street name and area
- Emirate — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain or Al Ain
- Any delivery notes for the courier — a landmark, a gate code, a preferred time
-
Choose how to pay
Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE if you'd rather not pay upfront. Card payment is also accepted for anyone who wants faster processing. See the comparison below.
-
Confirm your order
Review products, address and total one last time, then confirm. You should receive an order confirmation with your order number shortly after — if anything about your confirmation looks off, our WhatsApp team can verify it directly.
-
Track it to your door
Orders move from confirmed to packed to dispatched to delivered. If you want a status update at any point, WhatsApp is the fastest way to get a direct answer rather than waiting on email.
Choosing how to pay
There's no wrong choice here — it depends whether you'd rather pay on arrival or process faster upfront.
Cash on Delivery
Pay in cash when the order physically arrives. No card details needed, nothing charged until the product is in your hands. Have the exact amount ready to make handover quick.
Card payment
Pay by debit or credit card at checkout through the payment gateway. Processed instantly, which can move your order into dispatch sooner than a COD order.
Digital wallets
Some checkouts support one-tap options for mobile orders. Availability can vary — if this matters to you, check at checkout or ask on WhatsApp before you start.
How fast delivery actually is
| Emirate | Speed |
|---|---|
| Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah | Same-day, for orders before 6 PM |
| Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain | Next-day |
Order in the afternoon in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah and it can arrive that evening. If you need something urgently and you're not sure whether same-day applies to your exact location, message our WhatsApp team before ordering — that's faster than guessing from a delivery zone map.
A few things that make it smoother
Double-check nicotine strength before checkout, especially for e-liquid, where strengths vary considerably and the difference between two similar-looking bottles matters.
Keep your phone nearby on delivery day. Couriers typically call ahead to confirm arrival.
If paying Cash on Delivery, have the exact amount ready. It makes handover quick for you and the courier.
Trying a new flavour or device? Start with a smaller quantity before committing to a bulk purchase — cheaper to find out you don't like something on one unit than on a case.
Save your address if you plan to reorder. It speeds up every checkout after the first.
Is it safe to order vape online in the UAE?
Yes, provided you order from a verified, reputable retailer. Look for a store that sources from authorised UAE distributors, gives clear product information, ships in discreet packaging, and has responsive support. Be wary of unverified sellers with prices that look too good to be true — that's often a sign of counterfeit stock, which can contain ingredients that aren't in legitimate products.
Vaping products sold in the UAE must meet the requirements set out under UAE.S 5030:2018, certified through the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology's conformity scheme. Buyers must be 18 or older, and reputable retailers enforce age verification at checkout or on delivery. Our UAE regulations and compliance page covers this in more detail.
Common questions
Is Cash on Delivery available across the whole UAE?
Yes, COD is available across all seven emirates for online vape orders.
Can I track my order?
Orders move through confirmed, packed, dispatched and delivered stages. If you want a status update at any point, message on WhatsApp for the fastest direct answer.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
Couriers typically call ahead to confirm a suitable time. If you're unavailable, you can usually reschedule or arrange for someone else to receive it on your behalf — check with the courier or our WhatsApp team on the day.
Do I need to create an account to order?
Guest checkout is typically available if you just want to place a one-time order. Creating an account saves your address and order history, which speeds up reordering if you plan to come back.
Do I need ID to receive my order?
Age verification applies to every order. Couriers may request ID at the point of delivery, particularly for first-time customers, in line with UAE regulations on vape sales.
